Parts may need to go through an additional step before we can begin powder coating. When a part’s surface is beginning to rust or corrode, you can’t just paint over it; doing this would exacerbate an issue with the part in the long term, resulting in a lower-quality finished product. “Low quality” simply isn’t in our vocabulary here at All Powder Coat & Screen, so if we see a potential problem with the surface of your part, we will suggest that we sandblast the surface. This process removes unwanted materials from the surface so the part is prepared for other finishing processes.
When you need a company logo or other design transferred from a 2-D design onto a 3-D surface, you can rely on All Powder Coat & Screen’s pad printing expertise. What sets our pad printing services apart is our ability to handle larger quantity jobs. Between our selection of colors and our experience with high-volume pad printing, we have your job covered.
Like pad printing, silk screening personalizes components by adding images, logos and colors to the surface. However, this process uses stenciling instead of stamping to transfer images onto parts. Our silk screening capabilities bring our customers’ products to the next level by adding visual interest and customization.
The Laser marking process adds text and designs onto the surface of a part. Unlike pad printing and silk screening, laser marking alters the composition of a material’s surface. Our shop has a high-powered laser marking machine that ensures our customers are receiving the best quality laser marking services.
